Get Started in Three Simple Steps

Your Cuddy™ Lite only needs a few simple preparations before its first use. Once these are done, you’re ready to go.

1

Install the 9V Battery

Install a 9V battery in the urine bottle indicator. This powers the bottle-full light so you’ll know when it is time to empty the urine bottle.

2

Line the Solids Bin

Place a compostable bag inside the solids bin and fold the top neatly over the rim before replacing the seat.

3

Keep Cover Material Nearby

Keep a carbon-rich material such as wood shavings, mini hemp or coir peat close to the toilet. Add enough after each solid deposit to cover it completely.

Cover Material

Choose What Works Best for You

Adding a carbon-rich cover material after each solid deposit helps absorb moisture, minimise odour and keep the solids bin tidy.

🥥

Coir Peat

Soft, lightweight and easy to store. Coir peat is an excellent all-round option for regular use.

🌾

Mini Hemp

Highly absorbent and easy to handle. Mini hemp is a clean and convenient premium cover material.

🌲

Wood Shavings

Readily available and economical. Choose clean, dry shavings and keep them stored in a sealed container.

How much should you add? Use enough material to completely cover each solid deposit. A small scoop kept beside the toilet makes this easy.
