Returns (General)

Thank you for shopping with CompoCloset. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products, if unused, can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product plus 5 days for shipping. Before you return a product, please make sure that:

• You contact us
• The product was purchased in the last 7 days
• The product is in as new condition - meaning it has not been used. No used product will be eligible to be returned unless for warranty purposes. 
• The product is in its original packaging

After contacting us, send the product with its original packing to one of our warehouses. Please get in contact to discuss and we will inform you of the return address.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product for a change of mind will be charged to the buyer.
