Coir Peat Mixture
There are many approaches for how much water and coir peat to use. You will work out what works best for you. Below is a guide to get you started.
- Use ½ of a 15L compressed coir brick - click here to see the product
- Add approximately 500-700ml of water
- You’re aiming for just damp, not wet
Getting this right from the start makes a big difference to performance. If it is too wet the good bacteria will drown, you will know it is too wet if you get odour.
Venting Options
Cuddy™ has a few venting options depending on your setup.
Choosing the right one will improve performance and reduce odours.
Airflow Adapter (Important)
If you are venting externally, you’ll need to turn over the airflow adapter.
